“If I were to compare myself to an animal, I would choose a penguin.

Penguins fully understand the value of collective intelligence, and they know how to both give and receive support from others. They work together based on mutual trust, which makes effective and practical solutions.

I understand the value of teamwork and also appreciate the ability to communicate with co-workers to reach better solutions. Penguins are also known for approaching unfamiliar environments or new situations with curiosity rather than the fear.

Like penguins, when unexpected customer issues arise, I tend to see them as opportunities. I take initiative and try to come up with creative and appropriate solutions with a sense of ownership and responsibility.”

If I were to compare myself to an animal, I would choose a penguin. 저를 동물로 비유한다면, 펭귄을 선택하겠습니다.

Penguins have two qualities I really connect with - they understand collective intelligence and know how to support each other, and they approach new situations with curiosity rather than fear. 펭귄이 가진 두 가지 특성이 저와 정말 잘 맞는다고 생각하는데요, 집단 지능을 이해하고 서로를 지원하는 방법을 알고 있으며, 새로운 상황에 두려움보다는 호기심으로 접근합니다.

In my work, I'm exactly the same way. I value teamwork and always communicate with colleagues to find better solutions. When unexpected customer issues come up, I see them as opportunities to improve our service. 업무에서도 저는 정확히 같은 방식으로 일합니다. 팀워크를 중요하게 생각하고 항상 동료들과 소통해서 더 나은 해결책을 찾아요. 예상치 못한 고객 문제가 생기면 서비스를 개선할 기회로 봅니다.

🔥 4️⃣ For example, recently I noticed a teammate was overwhelmed and couldn't follow up on a customer case. I took 🔥 initiative 🔥 and handled it myself, ensuring the customer got proper support. The customer later sent us a thank-you message. 예를 들어, 최근에 팀 동료가 업무에 치여서 고객 케이스 후속 조치를 못 하는 걸 봤어요. 제가 주도적으로 나서서 대신 처리했고, 고객이 적절한 지원을 받을 수 있게 했습니다. 고객이 나중에 감사 메시지를 보내주기도 했습니다.

I think this combination of teamwork and proactive problem-solving is what makes me effective, especially when working with diverse teams in fast-moving environments. 팀워크와 적극적인 문제해결 역량이, 특히 빠르게 변화하는 환경에서 다양한 팀과 일할 때 큰 도움이 되고 있습니다.
